Deadshot takes out Bullseye in the arena of DC vs Marvel

Bullseye is quite a bad ass who like Deadshot never misses. So in a hypothetical showdown between the two it's quite plausible that their roles as you see here might turn out in the reverse. But since this cover concept looks so awesome staged as it is and because this is after all is The Suicide Squad blog I'm happy to present this cover concept here as is from the Super Team Family blog spot: http://braveandboldlost.blogspot.com/
If you like this then you'll probably also dig my Bronze Tiger vs Iron Fist cover concept as well: http://thebronzetiger.blogspot.com/2012/01/dave-to-rescue.html

  1. I love this type of thing David King. Don't like Floyd's costume though, I prefer the Marshal Rogers version.

    1. ya see i'm just the opposite. for a guy who basically just shoots things i think the more urban trench coat out fit works better then the high tech look. i actually don't like the relaunch Deadshot costume much but unlike many of Harley Quinn's fans i'm not a belly aching cry baby. thank God that whole thing seems to have finally settled down. good to here from you Jay.

  2. Nice - I have each of the original covers, and never thought how well the two would fit together. Me Dave, I'm with you, I think ol' Bullseye might be the victor in a real head to head, but fun stuff all the same!

  3. Haha! That is awesome - I'm almost ashamed to admit I had to do a quick check on the internet to confirm my suspicions that it was a photoshop job!

  4. Bullseye might win (????)
He might, but still I would bet my money on Deadshot.
I really hate Bullseye. There is not a single redeeming point in the character from everything I read with him.
And he is a great shot. But Floyd is Deadshot.

    1. i've been thinking this over and on one hand i tend to believe Bullseye's martial arts skills would give him the edge but Deadshot just seems to have a way of getting the job done no matter who he's facing.
a scenario in which Bullseye tries to get too fancy with how he wants to kill Deadshot and ends up getting killed himself wouldn't at all surprise me. i don't think Bullseye is quite as crazy as the Joker but he's certainly as vain and arrogant. all Deadshot cares about is his reputation so he just shoots people at his first opportunity. part of what makes Deadshot so deadly is his simplicity. you see Aliera, i'm always nice to people when they leave intelligent comments :)

  5. I'm with you Dave, Deadshot would win. I don't know about the new version but the Floyd Lawton I know (last ss mini series, secret6, any pre version)would have killed him twice before Bullseye knew what happened. Arrogance is his achilles heal, not to mention the warped mental state.

    1. i dunno that's what he titles all his fictitious covers. i suppose it refers to the greater collection of characters that represented on all his covers. you could always head over to his blog and ask him. last i remember he's pretty good about replying to comments.
